Meet Your Attorney

Don is a second-generation Pinellas County native who has been practicing law for over two decades. He spent the first eleven years of his legal career working for the Public Defender's Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit where he was lead counsel in over two dozen criminal jury trials, trying everything from DUI to Murder in the First Degree. Many of the cases he took to trial resulted in Not Guilty verdicts.

Don will do his best to work the case out for a favorable outcome, but if negotiations fail, he will be ready to go to trial. Don has represented well over a thousand clients in his career and will use that experience to help solve issues for those in a time of great need.

Don graduated from Clearwater High School, the University of South Florida, and the St. Thomas University School of Law. When he is not in court or preparing cases, Don enjoys hiking, bicycling, snowboarding, brewing beer, and exploring new places with his wife Roxane.
